New England Thanksgiving
Mary Beth and Sonny, Jim Hanagan, Evelyn, Jim, Hannah and myself were in attendance at the Thanksgiving table at our house in Sheffield.
We had something for everyone..... turkey, candied yams, turnips, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberry sauce, broccoli cheesebake, green bean salad, banana bread, pumpkin pie and pumpkin cheesecake (Thanks Hanagan!) Hannah started her first Thanksgiving meal with Cheerios, but moved on to a bit of turkey - she liked it! She also sampled turnip and mashed potatoes.
Of course there was endless football on television. Hannah and Poppy watched for a while.

Our new Mommy Group
Today a couple of new mommy friends came over with their babies. We're going to try to meet every Tuesday..........
Here is Margherita holding Stella, and Hayden (Amber's son) and Hannah chewing on their hands on the floor!

Hayden and Hannah sharing a moment.....
Could this be socializing? Play and see!
Margherita, Amber and I got to talk like the grown up women we used to be! It was nice.
Hannah in The Big Apple
Last weekend I took Hannah to New York City to visit her Grandpa Eustice. It was beautiful fall weather..... one of the best times to be out and about in The City.

Press play and look at her go!!
Later we went to Jefferson Market where my mom used to take me and my brother grocery shopping. I had to ask several people to "please don't squeeze the baby!"
Proud Grandpa!
I took Hannah to Washington Square Park, where I used to play when I was little. She loved the baby swings!

On sunday before church we took a stroll and sat by the big circle in front of the arch.
We went to First Presbyterian Church with dad and we sat with Judith and Bill. Hannah was a little bored by the sermon so we went up to the parlor for a while. At coffee hour everyone oohed and ahhed! Here's Hannah with John Walton FPC's minister.
