Cousin Samantha's Team Won!!

Tonight we went to see Hannah's cousin Samantha play in a basketball tournament in Great Barrington. Her team, from Northampton, won 71 - 21!!! Hannah was absolutely riveted and really seemed to enjoy watching the girls running up and down the court. Yay Sam!!

Today we held our Mommy Group at the Family Center. They have tons of fun toys and lots of space for Hannah to tear around in!

Reading Time....

Hannah loves her books and begins and ends her day by pulling them all off the shelf and flipping through them. Here she is "reading" one of her favorites: Quick as a Cricket, while Jim reads about animal tracks. We are so cultivated around here!

She's getting better at it every day....

Eeek! Jim thinks she'll take her first real steps in the next two weeks... I had said a month, but now I'm not so sure!

Music Together!

On Mondays Hannah and I go to Music Together class in Great Barrington. It's wonderful and two of Hannah's friends from our Mommy group go also - Nathaniel and Stella. Here's Hannah starting to get the hang of the sticks!

Flat Stanley is Here!

Here she is showing off her skills and also giving Flat Stanley a ride. Flat Stanley is here visiting from Florence, Massachusetts. Cousin Brandon's class read a book about a boy named Stanley who gets accidentally flattened and makes the best of it by sending himself to California in an envelope among other things. Brandon made this Flat Stanley and sent him to us to see what there is to see and do what there is to do in Sheffield! Hannah really likes Stanley, but she has to be closely monitored with him, because she is in a major paper shredding phase....... we hope to avert tragedy!!!

We're Back!

Hi Everybody! Sorry we were MIA.... Hannah was sick with a bad bug for the past week. She was miserable and nobody got much sleep, but thankfully she is feeling much better!
